Return Policy

Last updated: . This Return Policy applies to physical products purchased from Dynamtendon through dynamtendon.world, including the SteadySip Glass Bottle 750ml, RhythmTrack Hydration Planner, PulseBand Reminder Cuff, and advertised bundle offers.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided products are in resalable condition with original packaging and included accessories such as charging cables for PulseBand or marker inserts for bottles where applicable.

Eligible Condition

SteadySip bottles must be unused, free of cracks, and include the silicone sleeve. Planners must have no more than five written pages to qualify for full refund; otherwise a partial refund may apply. PulseBand devices must show no physical damage and include the USB cable. Items with missing components may receive adjusted refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital guide downloads delivered separately, personalized planner embossing when offered, and items marked final sale are not returnable. Hygiene-related products opened beyond inspection may be declined if safety seals are broken, except when defective on arrival.

How to Start a Return

Contact request@dynamtendon.world or connect-here.html with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within two business days. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.

Shipping Costs

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated on the return authorization. We recommend tracked shipping for items over $50 USD.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect the product. Bank processing may add additional time. Exchanges ship after inspection when stock is available; price differences are charged or credited accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damage or wrong items within seven days of delivery with photos of the package and product. Dynamtendon will arrange replacement or prepaid return at no cost when verified.

Bundles

Bundle returns must include all three essentials unless a single defective component is confirmed; partial bundle returns may adjust refund value to individual item pricing listed on carry-essentials.html.

Warranty

PulseBand includes a ninety-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Bottles include a sixty-day warranty against structural defects under normal use. Warranty claims follow the same contact process and may bypass standard return windows when applicable.
